Terms and Conditions

All charter firms in Abu Dhabi are subject to tight regulations enforced by the Abu Dhabi Coast Guard, and fines are frequently issued. If rules are breached, we reserve the right to charge the guests for any fines incurred as a result of a guest's failure to follow or disregard for the regulations established by the coast guard and implemented by your captain and crew.

  • All guests are must required by the law to bring original ID. Visitors require original Passport. Residents can bring Passport, Emirates ID or Emirates Driving License. Failure to comply could result in a fine of up to AED 1500 per person, payable in accordance with the damage waiver contract.
  • Alcohol abuse and subsequent reckless behavior can lead to fines or the cancellation of the charter without a refund.
  • When the coast guard issues a weather warning and determines it is essential, life jackets must be worn.
  • Littering in the waters is not tolerated and punishable by law.
  • The Coastguard forbids swimming after nightfall and swimming more than three meters from the boat for your safety.
  • Jumping off the yacht while it's moving or at anchor is prohibited and will cause the charter being terminated.
  • To protect insurance agreements with partners, you must book any Jet Ski or other water toy activity run by a third party during your vacation through us.
  • 50% of the total cost is needed to confirm your reservation.
  • Final numbers for guests must be confirmed the night before & may not be exceeded on the day.
