Any reservations made are subject to cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, we will not be held responsible. The named charterer will receive a full refund of any money paid.
Only sever weather conditions, technical failure and satisfactory upgrade options are available will result in cancellations. There are also coast guard limits and implementation of new rules that forbid the charter from happening.
Cancellation fee retention policy
50% of the booking value retained up to 72hrs prior to the charter time and date.
100% of booking value retained within 24hrs of the booking time and date.
If any of the following take place, the Charterer has the option to terminate without paying the fees indicated above:
The coast guard has issued a warning or the weather is considered dangerous.
We fail to provide an agreed operation aspect of the charter on the day of the charter.
